This was in the confirmation email…….

YOU MUST CALL US UPON ARRIVING IN BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA AFTER YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR LUGGAGE. HAPPY LIMO DRIVER WILL NOT BE STANDING IN THE BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA UNLESS REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. ONCE YOU CALL OUR TOLL FREE NUMBER, THE DRIVER WILL ARRIVE AT A SPECIFIC PARKING SPACE NUMBER ON LEVEL-1 WITHIN 5-6 MINUTES. OUR DISPATCHER WILL DIRECT YOU TO A SPECIFIC PARKING SPACE NUMBER. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU MUST HAVE OUR DRIVER MEET YOU IN THE BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 20-25 MINUTES WHICH IS THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE THE DRIVER TO WALK BACK TO HIS VEHICLE AND DRIVE IT TO YOUR TERMINAL. YOU MUST INFORM US IN ADVANCE IF YOU WISH TO HAVE THE DRIVER MEET YOU IN THE BAGGAGE CLAIM.

Is this something new limo companies are doing? I actually think part of the fun (or surprise) using a limo company is having them stand there holding your name up.

I am not familiar with the Orlando airport and for some reason these directions sound a bit confusing, or is it just me!

This email basically says that you will have to get/load your luggage yourselves and then drag it to the car that you will have to find in a airport you arent familar with. Go with tiffany towncar service. They meet you at the baggage claim and hold the sign with your name on it. They also help you with loading your luggage onto a cart ( that they get for you ) and then take your luggage to the car and load it for you. In the last 4 years I have used happy limo ONCE. And I really dont feel I got what I paid for. Switch to tiffany, you wont be sorry you did.

~ I have no affiliation with Tiffany Towncar service. I just have always gotten great service from them.

I totally agree with disneyfreakk. Take Tiffany. We use them everytime we fly to Orlando and just love them. Never had a problem. They are always there waiting with a sign, even when the flight has been delayed or arrives a bit early. Very helpful and friendly drivers!:goodvibes

We usually use Happy and that is what we do....get our luggage and I call while DH is getting it. For some reason, when we used Tiffany, I had to pay cash! Luckily, I had it, but that was money out of my pocket....would rather have used a credit card. (it was only a one-way transfer, not roundtrip, so i think that's why)

We've never paid cash when using Tiffany - always a credit card or debit card - which they took with no problems. I did give the tip in cash though to each driver.

I used Sunray last week, and the driver was there waiting at the bottom of the escalator holding a sign with our name on it, got our luggage, put it all in the SUV, opened the doors for us, etc. We felt truly pampered! We left the hotel on Christmas evening and the driver was 15 minutes early. I chose Sunray based on a search on these boards. I read more than one report about a company not arriving on time and people missing their flight! There were absolutely no negative reviews regarding Sunray. I suggest you do a search on the transportation board.
