Limit to size and shape of float at Cabana Bay lazy river

I can't sit in standard ring type float for very long because of neck surgery, can you bring a larger float, or something like the floats I have seen for the slow lazy river at Volcano Bay with a seating area lower than the tube area?

You can definitely do the horseshoe/ chair type floats with the lowered seat in them. We used some we got from wal-mart for $6 last week. And we were far from the only ones, they are pretty popular. Intex makes them. They come with a nice cup holder too that works great with the Cabana Bay pool drink cups.
