Limit on Q&C vouchers

I have read there is a limit on Q&C's of 40 is this per month or do you have to buy over a couple months???

You can order 40 all at once, but the limit is per year for each membership. You can only order 40 of each voucher per year per membership. If you had Connections and HotwireSavingsClub memberships, then you could order 40 per year with each membership for a total of 80.

I will only need about 30 + or - just wasn't sure how this worked.
