Lilo and Stitch Aloha Party

Can someone tell me what the Lilo and Stitch Aloha Party is like? Do the kids watch the movie? Do the characters make an appearance?

Lilo and Stitch made an appearance and did some dances. They didn't watch the movie although it may have been played later that night. The kids got face paintings Many to look like stitch.It was very cute and a welcome change for my girls who had done the program twice already.

Since I've seen kids trying to sneak into the adult areas, I might have to try a reverse next cruise.
Think anyone would notice me crashing the party to get a photo with Stitch?!
Has anyone seen Lilo and Stitch at other character appearances on the ship? If so, I'll have to keep an eye out.

Barb Before you get to excited My kids just told me that it wasn't the "real " stitch.She thinks it was a stitich towel on a counselor.However we did meet the real stitich and Lilo in MGM Studios.

Oh well, I can restrain myself then!
I already have a pseudo-Stitch at home (our new cat).
We'll just have to get to Disney MGM one of these days. That seems to be the best place for characters, although I sometimes have a phobic reaction there due to a traumatic Tigger experience.
Have you ever been snuck up on by a bouncing Tigger?!

Barb, I am laughing! We adopted two cats in Nov and in January decided to get a third. When we visited the SPCA, there was a Lilo and Stitch and we brought Stitch home (we wanted a male). We considered changing his name (our other two are Beethoven and Bailey - SPCA names too) to match the B's, but we couldn't do it.


I can't imagine him as anyone else than Stitch now!

How neat, masonpips!
Our Stitch is from an animal shelter too. They had named him Felix because he was black and white, but he was a stray so I knew he didn't realize that was his name. The poor thing had been there two months, but he still adapted immediately to his new home like he'd lived with us all his life. Our other cat, Toonces, was NOT happy, but Stitch has that winning personality like his namesake so he even managed to win Psycho Cat over.

Well, Masonpips, you could always change Stitch to match the "B's", but I'm not so sure everyone would care for THAT name - lol!!!

My dd5 went to this party, got her face painted, and had a blast! It was a perfect way to get her excited and involved in the club!
