Okay I know others have been happy with this place but it was my worst nightmare last year. Please check the search feature and see how gross it was for both me and some others last year. it depends on where you are staying. The room I stayed in was about to be demolished. If you are staying in one of the new suites then I would say you would be okay. I did not like it from the time I entered the dirty lobby. Pee stains on my son's pull out did not help either, not to mention how UN professional the tour people were. I hope you are getting a killer deal but I will tell you that even if I was getting it for free I would not go back. Check search and you will see a bunch of reviews.

If I were you I would do a search on liki tiki, this site is full of info about this place. The reviews that I read turned me away from making reservations here. I hope that all goes well. Have a great trip.

Friends of ours stayed there last year and wound up leaving after 1 night. Now these are not picky people, but she told me that the place was immersed in filth. If its not too late, I would cancel and book elsewhere. She took pictures just to have "evidence" in case of a billing problem. Well it took about three months but they refunded the unused portion of her stay. If you like I will see if she still has the pictures and post. She still talks about the filth.

Even if you stay in a newer "highrise", there are still cleanliness issues. The tub was dirty, carpet torn and wet, and an aweful musty smell. It was much better than the townhouses, but in 10 years they will probably be on the same level. The only reason I would ever consider staying there again is the waterpark. The boys had so much fun.

My massage therapist stays there every yr and loves it. we were actually planning on staying there sometime in the near future. I was really looking forward to their private water park.

I agree with all of you who have said the place is filthy. As I said the pee stained pull out couch was disgusting and it was not even made up. I had to ask for sheets and then make it up my self. I put towels on the headborad/ couch back it was so dirty I was afraid of lice. I could go on and on BUT what made me the maddest was the fact that I wrote a letter to the resort manager listing in detail all the problems and she only sent me a cursory letter with no apology. AT LEAST, apologize. What made me the most upset was the fact that I ALMOST changed my vacation to extend my stay there instead of going to Wyndham Palms Golf. Let me tell you there really would have been He!! to pay if that happened. Luckily I had 14 days for vacation so we were at least able to salvage some time.
