Likely Reservation 3.5-4 months out?

Waiting on estoppel.. should close end of April, by May 5 hopefully latest. Looking to go for a short 3 night stay in Mid August.. i think 3rd week to be precise. Can anyone take a guess a what studios might be left by May to book? Guesses?

You don't mention if you are looking at a weekend stay or weekday, but I agree with Bill. SSR probably a decent chance, maybe OKW. Possibly others depending on the days you were thinking.

Thank you both for your replies. We would be flexible with days. Could do any combination of weekends and weekdays or weekdays alone. 13-16, 14-17, 15-18 or 16-19. I will certainly hope for the best, plan for the worst... besides this trip with a tight reservation window, we wouldn't be staying at SSR or OKW most likely so this would be an opportunity (silver lining) to try them by default actually. Thanks again!

Exactly what I was thinking. SSR is great, and it will give you a chance to try a resort that otherwise might never be your top choice.

I completely agree with this. We weren't sure what to expect from SSR after reading reviews, but it's become one of our favorites.

Just booked a last minute trip near end of April. Thankful that SSR had availability for 2 nights. Didn't want to let the expiring points from resale go to waste! Just received member ID Monday! So far loving my DVC.

I am so sorry... I didnt meant SSR as "worst" as it might have sounded. I meant it wasnt at the top of our list but like I said, it would be a great opportunity if that ending up being the choice. Thanks for your help everyone!

Now that Disney Springs is getting so much closer to completion, SSR is looking more and more attractive (IMO). I also think the recent reallocation there is helping - makes a good share of the villas less expensive. For a non-park trip, it's now at the top of my list.
