Likelihood of another $99 cruise?

What do you think the likelihood is of DCL running another $99 cruise special? All I know about the last one is that DCL had a lack of bookings in Jan 2002, so they offered folks a 2nd cruise at $99. Is that true. Do you think they'd do it again?

my guess is that it was a one time deal that would probably not happen again. I think tourism was affected so much by 9/11, that this was an incentive to get folks to book and not cancel.

No, I do not expect them to do that again, that was a drastic response to a drastic drop in travel due to the events of 9/11.

At least I pray they will never have to do something like that again under similar circumstances!
