Lights of Winter at Epcot?

I'm not sure if that is the correct name, but I've read that there is a special tree lighting ceremony at Epcot that is similar to the castle lighting at MK.
Could anyone tell me at what time this is, is it worth seeing, how long is it, and where is the best location to view it?

The info below is based on 2007 entertainment offerings. There are quite a few rumors going around about the demise of show at Mickey's Tree Lighting Treat this year. I hear that there will only be a prerecorded message that plays and counts down to the tree lighting, which is also the same time that the Lights of Winter kick on. We will only know what to expect after the official start of these activities this year, which I think is the day after Thanksgiving.

Lights of Winter
The center walkway that links Future World and World Showcase is spanned by the Lights of Winter. As evening descends, they transform into a dazzling musical display of lights that twinkle and dance to inspirational holiday music. For an added treat, watch as the fountain performs in step with this glistening interlude.
