I need to preface this before I reveal.....
I hate, I mean hate pictures of me. I know I'm a beautiful person on the inside, but I hate having my picture taken so these pictures will tell you how much it really means to me since I'm allowing you to see me up close and personal....
These pictures are some of my favorites because I'm not usually one to get into giggle fits, or become goofy spontaneously around my family. They don't think I have a sense of humor or that I don't know how to take or make a joke.
I can and do, I think I've proven that on here at least a couple of timesand my friends think I'm a hoot.
But for some reason I can't let go around my kids and hubby as much as I could or should....I think a lot of mom's probably go through this.
Once I'm in the World all bets are off as to who and what I will turn into.![]()
Okay, so to make a long story even longer I wanted to steal a moment on The People Mover with my daughter after having a long day in MK. The boys were off doin their thing and we just finished an appt. at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique (if I spelled that wrong....Eh. Who cares) and some pics around the Castle.
It was our first day, and we were pooped! We needed to kill some time, cool off and have a little break before meeting the guys for dinner. The People Mover sounded really good and would be just the ticket!
Not to mention I wanted some pics of our feet since we went through all the trouble of prettifyin them before our trip. That's Texan for makin them pretty.

As we were swooshing around on The People Mover I thought to take some pics of Mackie and I besides just our feet, at one point it started to turn into let's see how funny we can make the pictures especially as we'd go through the dark areas. I'd take the pic totally not knowing how it would turn out since we were in the dark, Mackie came up with some really funny faces and before I knew it we were laughing, taking lots of pics, and then looking at them to see what goofy thing came out on the camera. We were getting goofier by the minute. Here's the result of this episode of nuttiness....
Prettified feets.

First pic of us being "normal," what ever that means.

Mackie starting in already and of course I don't know this for a while...
![]()
More of me not knowing what she's doing...
![]()
Me starting to clue in and trying to keep from laughing in the picture...

Me joining in.

This is down right scary at this point!

This is us just being mom and daughter who love each other, what more can you really say?

I know I wasn't totally getting out of control in these pics, but it's more of what they represent....a really great stolen moment with my girl who needed to know Mama can cut up and laugh with the best of them.
PoolRat, those are great!!
So which one in the picture would be you?![]()
Love these! A mom and daughter who love each other.

The mother/daughter pictures remind me of the one trip I took with DD and she thought it was so funny to try to get her face in every picture I took. It did make for some funny pictures

I'm lovin this game!
Rosie - you are such a cutie! Thanks for sharing the fun.
Camille - of course you are beautiful on the inside, but you are beautiful on the outside, too! We all are beautiful creations and we don't get to criticize! It was brave of me to post my face with little Evan, too! It is so fun to put your face with your name, and after talking on the phone, you look almost exactly like I pictured, so I know you in spirit already!
Poolrat - those are funny!
I'll be back with mine - I will have a hard time choosing

Okay, I know you said WDW, but this is a favorite DL memory I have to share. This picture was taken on Wed. The previous Sunday, we had eaten at Goofy's Kitchen, which is like CM in the world. DGD Londynn, 11mo at the time, had had a really nice visit with Alice. Here we were walking down the street 3 days later, Alice stops in front of the stroller, leans down, and says, "Well Miss Londynn! How are you? Are you enjoying your visit with us, I hope so!" That is what always amazes me about CMs- They go out of their way to make the magic happen!

First of all, glad to hear Jordan is doing well. I say a little prayer for him every day.
Second: Those are all such great photos!!
I have few to share as well.
All of these pictures are from our 2008 trip...our 14 month old sons first trip (and our first ever family trip)
This was taken while we were waiting to be called into Crystal Palace. He was just in awe of everything he saw.

He was soooooooo excited to see and touch and meet the Characters.

This one is very special...because my mom always dreamed of getting to take a grandbaby on Dumbo...and she got to for the first time.
![]()
This one is another special moment because he just couldn't keep his eyes open any more (there are a bunch of pics like this; and that is DH and myself):

Family photo...taken by a kind passer-by...the only good one of the entire trip:

The trip was just amazing getting to share in these moments of the World through our sons eyes:

These last few are very special to me because my sister moved to California in 2005...and this was only the 2nd time she'd gotten to spend time with Keegan (the first time, he was only a month old and she came to see him)...he fell in LOVE with her.
![]()
And my sister and my dad...again...we don't get to see her as often as we'd like now that she lives in California, so moments like these are so special:

Hi Everyone!
Glad to see this thread is still going!
Sent Jordan a card today. Wendy & Derek, I hope you can update soon on how he's doing.
He is greatly missed.
I'm another one who loves the candid shots best. Here is one of my pre-teen son and teenage daughter after they spontaneously took each other's hand.
If that isn't Disney Magic, I don't know what is!
