Lights Motor Action FP a freebie?

I read in the Unofficial Guide that this fast pass is not linked to others and can be gotten anytime (even if you just got a different one). Anyone there recently know if this is still true?

I don't know about the FP being linked but I wouldn't concern yourself with getting a FP for this attraction unless you are going to be there around the holidays. The stadium is so big that on most days you should be able to get a seat without FP. We went middle of day during late June and had great seats.

That is correct.

You can get a fastpass for LMA and either get another one for something else of already have one for something else.

It's good to have one for LMA when it's busy, if it is not busy, you probably don't need one but seeing that it won't cost you, why not have one.
