Lights, Camera, Pins! Event Question

I lost the email I received about this event. What time and where does sign in start? What time is the event?
Also who all is going?

Sign in starts at 10:30 and the event starts at 11. It is near Millionaire, I can't remember the exact name of the place. Mickey's Soundstage, maybe?
