Can I reserve LL for a park I’m hopping to? So I want to reserve Epcot for the day but then get LL for FOP late afternoon. Is this allowed? Do I choose LL time or do I just go whenever I want?

yes, but if they decide to block hopping to AK you are out of luck. I assume by LL you mean ILLS where you are paying to access the ride since it is FOP.

If you don't have AK as your reserved park, you will only see reservation times after 2 PM available for FOP. You can go onto the app to reserve it at 7 AM if you are onsite. If you are offsite I think you have to wait until Epcot opens, since that is the park you have reserved.

WDW has never restricted hopping to AK and it's not likely it'll happen but if you're going Xmas Day or NYE keep an eye out.

Yes. I just stayed at the Dolphin (Nov 23- 25th). Counts as on site for 7am for LL booking, early park entry etc.
