Lightening McQueen, Jedi Training, High School Musical

We are going in a few weeks and I wanted to find out a couple of things:

Is Lightening McQueen & Mater still available for photos? Are they always out, or is it just at certain times?

Is Jedi Training Academy still going on? I looked on the show times for August on the Disneyland site and didn't see it listed?

Is the High School Musical Pep Rally still going on? I also didn't see it listed on the showtimes for August.

they are all going on... Lightning McQueen and Mater has a pernament location now so they are there all day...

where is there for the Lightening McQueen. When we were at DL last year we didn't see them. In fact in CA we didn't see very many characters and hope to see more this year.

I know where the Jedi activity is but what about the High School Musical. Where is that?

well, its a new thing for Cars... They used to have them drive out to an area near Golden Dreams but i guess due to their popularity and that the cars overheat very easily, they decided to give them a pernament home. which is now in Condor Flats.

High School Musical is located in two places, 1) front of the park in front, Sun Plaza... 2) in front of Golden Dreams.

Okay, I found the High School Musical group but what about the characters from cars?

Lightning McQueen and Mater are located across the street from the Soarin entrance in DCA. It's a little roped off area which accommodates pictures nicely.
