Light up cotton candy: where, when, how much?

I just read an article in Family Fun Magazine that mentions Light-up cotton candy in MK. I. Must. Have. It. From a quick search, I see it's around the hub and main street at night. Is it still available? How much is it?

We got this after fireworks in MK last June. Has hard time finding it but a nice cast member spoke to a bunch of people on the walk-in talkie to take me to someone selling them. Really worth the price because the light up stick is really cool. Both boys were playing with them days after that.
