lifejackets

Are there lifejackets available to rent/borrow at the hotel pools or should we bring our own?

I'm pretty sure all of the hotels have lifejackets just sitting out available for use. You have to go to the rental desk at the waterparks, but at the hotels they are out in bins.

kids and can bring your own I would. Many of the jackets tend to be larger - at least in my experience.

I can only speak of the places we have stayed - but all of them had lifejackets available for free use. Last summer we were at Bay Lake Tower and we had no issue finding the right sizes for our 5, 3 and 1 year old.

I have stayed in Deluxe, Moderate and Value Resorts. At the time my son was 2, 3 and 5
I have never had a problem finding a life jacket for him at any resort OR at the water parks. Have fun!!

At the contemporary, the jackets were in bins by the pool, at the All Stars, we had to go to the arcade and sign one out. Had no trouble finding one for our 4 year old

My mom got one for my 4 year old at POR in October. I think she said she had to give them her CC # so they would charge her if she didn't bring it back at the end of the week. We just kept a really good eye on it.

We got one b/c she had never been around a hot tub before and went down the steps into the center, and it was over her head. We struggled to get to her b/c there were people all around the edges of the hot tub. Luckily, we got her before anything happened. She avoided the hot tub after that.
