lifeboat drill

BBM, on our Carnival cruise, DD's muster station was on her Camp Carnival bracelet with her other info. DW asked the same question to the Camp counselor then. I'm guessing DCL is relatively the same.

I keep wondering why all the lining up by height stuff? I mean, when the ship hits the iceberg  , it's not like they're going to make everyone wait to be sure we're in the right height order before they start loading the life boats. And obviously, those that are inside for their drill don't have to do this, not that I would want to muster inside in case of an emergency, I would much rather be able to see the life boat I'm about to get on. Just curious. :yo-yo:

It seems like it would be dangerous to have to wear your life jacket to and from your room. Those things are big and you can't look down very easy. We were on a princess cruise and they wouldn't let you wear them to and from because of this. Anybody ever have any problems tripping over little ones you couldn't see? Or falling down the stairs?

I guess so everyone can see what the CM's are showing you.. except it didn't help in my case (I'm 5' tall) and they put Huey, Dewey & Luey in front of me!!!
