life jackets on Disney excursions

We are stopping in Key West and going on a snorkel and catamaran excursion. The excursion is through Disney. We have 3 kids on the excursion as well. Will Disney provide life jackets for them like they do on the ship and Castaway Cay?

My son is 5 and can swim. However, we have a strict rule for the ocean/beach that he must wear his puddle jumper. We're flying in, so I don't wan to pack it if I don't have to.

Every tour will have life jackets. However I have found the quality to be much different on each tour. And through Disney has not made a difference. Sometimes it can be those red life jackets to nice fit ones. Are you planning on being in the ocean more? If so I bring my own for a five year old. This way you will have it all the time. Disney's own beach has good life jackets.

That's the only other excursion and it's the last stop. We debark the next day. If I don't have to pack a wet puddle jumper!

Our other stop is at Nassau and we're planning to stay on the ship. At Castaway Cay we'll use the ones that are there.

My experience as well. The tour operators for every water-based excursion we've been on has supplied life jackets and required their use. The quality of those life jackets varies greatly, but they have always had adult and child sizes. i thought the kids' jackets were in better condition than those of the adults.
