What state are you from? Usually, you can get a picture on your license at the MV registry.

your passport is fine for ID. You don't need a license except to rent a car at which point I would think the passport for backup would be ok.

I'm guessing shes from NJ, as theya re one of the only places that still have non photo DL's. I'm from Njtoo.
Honestly, as long as you have some backup ID i think it will be fine. Passport is good, and you might want to have another item with your name and address too like a bill or something.

ah well then i am not sure what the policies are for international renters. You might want to call the agency and inquire.
