Family-style, all you can eat traditional Thanksgiving type of food (turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, veggies, Stoffer's mac n' cheese, etc) delivered to your table on platters.
I have eaten at Liberty Tree Tavern both for lunch and dinner. I find the food is very good at both, but a little better at lunch. I also think it's a little less "hectic" at lunch when there are no characters. We have had some wonderful character interaction at dinner too though. If we eat dinner there we try to get the earliest PS time (usually 4 or 4:30 I think).
