Has anyone done the character meal here? Is it any good?

We've done the character meal here and the characters were great. We also really liked the atmosphere. Nice and cozy feeling (unlike Chef Mickey and Crystal Palace which are wide open feeling)

Food - well it's typical Disney Buffet Food. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. It's comfort food, mostly Stoffers I'd imagine since they are the sponsor.

Salad, Mac N Cheese, Turkey, Roast Beef, stuffing, canned cranberries (if you ask for them), with apple cobbler a la mode for dessert (if memory serves me correctly)

The character dinner at LTT is one my favorites. I absolutely love everything about it -- the atmosphere, food, characters, etc.!

You will LOVE LTT!! The food is really good (tastes like home cooking after a lot of vacation food) and the character interaction is constant. Almost too much . We go everytime and my oldest son is the pickiest eater in WDW!!

I like the way LTT does the character dining, they each come to your table. You get great pictures. I thought the food was okay. We're going back in June with my extended family. I know my niece and nephew are going to love it.

This is our favorite place to dine We always start the first day of our trip out eating at LTT and we end our trip with eating there too-- its the best-- and the characters especially in the evening pay a lot of attention to you Your will enjoy it!

We have it booked for our trip in May...we ate their 2 years ago and were please. We found it to be good, esp like someone else mentioned after eating a lot of junk on vacay. We enjoyed the characters...4 adults at our table, they visited us a lot.

Yes you can. We used the DDP at LTT on our last trip. We enjoyed LTT so much we are going again. The character interaction is top notch.

This has been my favorite for the character interaction. Minnie blew kisses to my DH all through the dinner and then did the mannerisms for him to "call her". It was loads of fun! The characters came by more than once as well.
PLUS, those rolls with the honey butter are love....

This is one of the places that I would not hesitate to eat again. The food is tasty and great for picky eaters. My DD was crying when we were seated for dinner (long day) and guess who tapped her on the shoulder? Minnie put a stop to the tears and turned the frown upside down.

We love LTT! The food is comfort food and always makes us feel good while on vacation. The character interaction is great. They come around more then once and the kids enjoy that! A must-do for us!

I know someone else already answered this question for you, but to further confirm, this meal is listed in the brochure as "Goofy's Liberate Your Appetite Character Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern" -- not just "Liberty Tree Tavern" (which is probably what you were looking for). HTH!

We seem to keep going back to LTT. The character interaction is very good and DS likes it because Goofy is there. The food is pretty good too and we like that it is served family style at your table and you don't have to go back and forth to a buffet.
