Not anymore. I think he used to in the old days. Also, characters are only at dinner.

If you really want to see Mickey, then you sould go to Chef Mickey's. This way your sure to see him.

No he does not. It is Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, and Chip and Dale.

We always eat at the Garden Grill to ensure that our kids get to see Mickey. We do lunch there every trip. Food is good and price is reasonable, plus it is convenient to Living with the Land and Soarin, two of my family's favorite rides in EPCOT.
