So, I have ADRs for both LTT and Tony's for our last day's lunch at MK...

We havent eaten at either and Im not sure which one to keep..

We'll be eating at LTT for dinner our first night at MK, but I know that their dinner "menu" is just a family style buffet and for lunch they have various menu items to order.

I also know that Tony's is italian and LTT is not, but Im looking for feedback on the quality of food/service/restaurant and when you ate either one (or both), what did you order and would you order it again??

I think my family would enjoy both and that's what has me stumped.....:confused3

THANKS!!

We ate at both for lunch last week and preferred LTT. Tony's service and atmosphere were very good, but the food was just o.k. If we go again, we'd only get appetizers and flatbread. The zucchini fries and calamari were terrific. DS16 loved the flatbread, but the pasta dishes were really boring. They had very little flavor and the pasta was mushy, although DS8 liked the Mickey ravioli. DH didn't care for the shrimp pasta dish, because it was too acidic. The one thing in their favor was how the chef really went out of his way to make sure my kids with allergies were taken care of.

The service was not quite as good at LTT (not bad, just adequate), but the food was better. I had the Seasonal Fish dish. It was pan seared cod with roasted vegetables and a tomato cream sauce. Yummy. Everyone else had sandwiches, which they enjoyed.

After going to Tony's once, I vowed to never return. The food was that bad. LTT, however, looks like a very nice place that I look forward to trying. Have a great trip! :goodvibes

Avoid Tony's. It's is definitely the most tasteless Italian food known to man.

I've never been to LTT, but Tony's was, in my experience, just bad.

I haven't been to Tony's since I was very young, but recently ate at LTT for lunch and absolutely loved it, so I would definitely recommend going there. I had the Colony Salad and it was, in my opinion, by far one of the best salads I've ever had.

I have to say LTT! We have been to both and LTT gets my nod!!!

LTT for lunch has one of my favorite meals in WDW-Declaration salad (I think that's the name) and OOey Gooey toffee cake for dessert.

We've been to both and prefer LTT hands down!

Our entire experience at Tony's, from service to food, was horrible, and we will never return. On the other hand, our lunch at LTT was wonderful! We had wonderful, friendly service, and the food was so good, especially the Ooeey Gooey Toffee Cake. We're planning to go back for dinner in December.

We've been doing a lunch at Tony's since our first trip yearrrrsss ago:thumbsup2I like the special pizza; DH and DD love the spaghetti with sausage and DS the parmagne chicken. My "trick" is to place a late lunch ADR so we can then scoot out to the curb and catch the parade. The Kodak store next door is fun to be in to kill time and watch the BBB studio photography sessions going on. The girls are so beautifulprincess:Prior to the studio being used in that capacity, it was a fabulous place to catch more unusual characters for a photo.
We've also done LTT (I believe in trying everywhere once) and it was so-so. Hearty American fare, but we're more prone to Italian at Tony's. We'll be back there end of July to enjoy another meal:banana:

I got sick after eating at Tony's on our last trip in April and will never go back. We had lunch later in the week at Liberty Tree and it was wonderful! We had dinner there three years ago when it was still a character meal and it was good.

LTT is one of my families favorite places to eat lunch at the MK. We love the menu, atmosphere and service. We have never eaten at Tony's; I have just read too many bad reviews to give that place a try.

I love the lunch menu at Liberty Tree Tavern and absolutely prefer it to Tony's. The salad is especially nice, but the entire restaurant is lovely.
