We have an ADR at LTT for 5:15 in February. How much time should we allocate for the dinner, including wait time to be seated?

Found my answer. 60-90 minutes for the dinner. Seating varies anywhere from immediately to 30 minutes.

Last time my family went it was a 25 minute wait to be seated. Then an hour for the meal, but we were hungry! We didn't spend a lot of time talking.

Agree for lunch, but for dinner (OP has) it will stay the same. 1.5 is safe due to known long waits for table.

Dinner has always been a buffet, so the recent changes to the lunch menu won't have any effect on the OP's ADR at 5:15 PM.
