About how long should I plan for Liberty Tree Tavern?

For what it’s worth this would be on a party day, currently have a 5:25PM res. I know folks generally recommend not doing TS during party time, but we’ve been wanting to try it. We’d want to not linger too long but would love to try it

1-1.5 hours, as just mentioned, seems a good rule of thumb. But to some extent, those in your party might be in the driver’s seat, since it’s ‘all you can eat’ 😀

You can do online check in 20 minutes before your adr time , so you might get seated earlier. They bring your salad and rolls, then once you’re done with that the meats with all the sides and then the toffee cake

Depends on how fast you eat. Ate there today and they brought each course out as soon as we finished the previous one. There were no delays and our waiter was excellent.

When it's AYCTE you don't want to rush as you've paid for all the food, you'll want to eat all the food on offer, which takes time. You may have indigestion or feel sick if you've rushed to eat a lot in a short space of time. I would keep checking for a slightly earlier time, people cancel all the time.

Well that crossover general public/party time is rather chaotic so I don’t think this a bad call. I’d do as mentioned above and check in 20 mins early hoping for an earlier seating.

We've had lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern many times. They tend to bring you the food very quickly. We've gotten out of there in an hour or less many times.

It will also depend on how busy they are. Because it is an AYCTE, they can run behind. I have been seated anywhere from 20-45 minutes AFTER my reservation time. Thanksgiving, I think we were seated at 3 for a 2:00 reservation and we checked in the full 20 minutes early.

Oh no! I scheduled this for dinner earlier in party because I thought it would be quick. I may rethink.

We did LTT last year during MNSSHP with a 4:30 ADR. We were a party of 2 and it took us less than an hour. They brought the food quickly and we didn’t have seconds. We checked in early and were seated as soon as we checked in. We did this in Sept so not a busy time of year so YMMV. I will say that we regretted doing dinner there. The food was delicious but we were both so full we couldn’t take advantage of the party and exclusive treats! This year we just got a little something at Casey’s and then snacked all night long.

I would plan 90 minutes, just to be safe. It may take them a while to get you seated for a party night.

Because there's no ordering just family style, 60-90 will almost always be the right window from check-in through departure if you aren't dawdling. If you have any dietary restrictions, add a half hour. We don't eat any different for all you can eat situations, but if you DO, then add another 20 minutes at least so you can take enough of a break to eat toward the end.

Unless you are getting endless refills of food, you can comfortably enjoy your meal in about an hour, leaving plenty of time for party festivities.

We went the last party we were out under 1 hour. We got one refill of turkey.

Not sure I would go again- way too much money for what we were served. Next time in MK we will go to Tony’s or Plaza.

We don’t do dining plan.
