Liberty Tree Tavern Character Dinner Who Has Eaten There Recently???

This is our favorite restaurant in Magic Kingdom, and I have a question for those who have eaten there recently. I know they have changed the dinner menu a bit, changing the ham on the platter to seasoned pork loin. For those who have had it, how is the pork they serve now?? Any other changes with the night menu for those who have eaten there before?? Thanks for your help....

My family ate all of the pork, so it must have been good. I just ate the turkey and beef and stayed out of their way. The other change was that the veggies were no longer the baby carrots, but we had some mixture of root vegetables. That was our only disappointment. They were undercooked to my taste. I like a little crunch, but I couldn't even stick a fork in these.
