We are going to MVMCP on the 9th December. Has anyone been to the LTT beforehand and what is the food like.

I am just wondering whether it would be better to book PS for this rather than rush out for something to eat first and then go to the park. I know it starts at 7pm but it seems that it is best to get there early.

Is this the only restaurant or do any of the others open before. There will be 4 adults, 2 children and a baby so I assume it will be quite expensive.

Thanks

Wendy

We did LTT before MVMCP last year and really enjoyed it.

The food is very much like a Thanksgiving dinner....turkey, ham, potatoes, etc. It's served family style and it's all-you-can-eat.

The atmosphere was very "Christmassy", especially because most of the guests had Santa hats on :p . Our server was very friendly and the service was great. She brought Minnie to our table & joked with her for a while :D .

I'm not really sure if other MK restaurants are open prior to the party. I'm sure other DISers will post & let you know.

I think you'll have a wonderful time and a yummy meal!

My DH and myself ate there last year before going to MVMCP, we enjoyed it so much we are going back in July and taking my inlaws, daughter, and our grandkids! I have also already made ressies for 12/16 before MVMCP!! Like previous poster said meal was served family-style, and very good! Good character interaction, even thought we were two adults. It was our 30th anniversary, and they really treated us special!! Go and enjoy!!

We also enjoy the LTT. This is one of my daughter's favorites. She turned 3 on our last trip and still talks about it. The character interaction is great. We just recently made reservations before the MVMCP again this year.

I have to say this is also one of my favorites as well. I think you would enjoy it and not be disappointed. Hope you have a great time.:D

We will be at MVMCP on the 9th also and we have PS for LTT at 5:50!! Call soon if you want to eat there as the times were already filling up fast the first couple days it came open!! Hope to see you there.

The times on 12/9 are pretty filled up. We called last week and the earliest they had left was at 6:30 so we changed to 12/11 and got a ps for 5:00

We are planning to go to MVMCP on Nov. 30, but not going to the park that day. I am confused about whether we can have dinner reservations without using a park pass that day.
Will the p.s. reservations allow us to get in the park earlier than if we go in just for MVMCP?

Thanks!

Yes. You will be able to enter the park for your PS with just your MVMCP tickets. We are doing just that for MNSSHP. :D
