Tomorrow is my day to make my ADRs. I have been playing around with looking at availability for the days before we will be there, and to my surprise most days have no availability for lunch at LTT! Is it that popular that I may have trouble booking for lunch? :worried:

I would give it some time. I'm sure it will open up. I am always able to book it at varying times for my trips.

Thanks! I saw a DIS video about it and it looks great! My son's favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because of the food, so I'm sure he'll love it!

You are probably going during a busy time. November, right? That might be free dining. LTT is very popular for lunch anyway, and free dining makes everything busier. Keep trying. I bet something will show up at you get closer if it's not available at 6am WDW time tomorrow. I like the food. We have only been once though, but that was partly due to it being closed for so long for refurb and Skipper Canteen's construction.

keep looking! I had no trouble getting a lunch ADR in late April, so I'm sure more will come up. It's worth it. So good!

I tried to get lunch at LTT for lunch 180 days out a couple of days ago for lunch (11/7). No luck. I've never had a problem getting it before. I booked Tony's because it was available at lunch. We plan to do QS for dinner that day. I also couldn't get Ohana for dinner on 11/5 unless I wanted to eat at 410 or 830 so I booked Homecoming. I also was on at 6 am to try. I plan to keep trying for both but Homecoming sounds good. We've never had a problem in the past getting what we want for the same time of year.I was able to get Via Napoli for 11/6 with no issue.

Homecoming is awesome! Definitely keep it. I was trying to get a 5pm 'Ohana for 11/1, but I could only get 3:55pm. Since we are doing the Halloween party, it wasn't too terrible. More party time I guess. However, I am going to keep trying for a bit later. I think it's free dining. Plus, your trip is close to Wine & Dine and during Food & Wine:) We are going for both. I always get on at 6am WDW time. I have never had so many problems.

Up early and no lunch ADR for LTT :sad1:. What did I get as a backup? BOG! How crazy is that? We did BOG for lunch for our last trip, and it was great. I wanted to try something new so was hoping for LTT. I'll keep trying and hopefully can get it!

I had the same experience. I wanted to do a late lunch or early dinner on 11/9 before MVMCP and nothing was available. So then I tried a few other dates of our trip and found nothing available.

We always go in early Nov (except in 2011) and we have never had a problem getting LTT when we wanted it or Ohana either, although the last time at Ohana we ate around 8 pm. We've been during F&W several times but that usually doesn't make it hard to get ADRs since a lot of people eat at the stands instead. I just don't get why LTT is hard. It used to be pretty easy to get at lunch. It had become our favorite the last few trips. I always see posts from people who book much later since they make last minute plans and are able to get some of the more popular places. I was able to get Nine Dragons for our last day (11/9). We've never been and thought we'd try it.

I've read nothing but fabulous reviews of Homecoming. There's also several videos on youtube about it. Fortunately on 11/5 we arrive pretty early since we're coming from Port Canaveral after two weeks on Oasis of the Seas so we have time to do some laundry before heading to DS.

I just noticed for our trip, 11/1-11/6, that a lot of stuff was booked up, even booking at 6am WDW time 180 days out. That time is the Wine & Dine half marathon and obviously Food & Wine. I don't know if free dining falls into this time, but it's close to it. When I booked our hotel back when the time frame first opened, like last year, stuff was already pretty full. I have been reading about a lot of people not getting ADRs and not able to book the hotel they want during this time. So, I think it's going to be really busy. When I tried to book 'Ohana, I could get 3:55pm or 9:30pm. LTT also seems to be pretty popular, and I think people like the lunch selection better than dinner. Nine Dragons on the other hand often has walk up availability. It's just not popular and has a bad rep. I have heard some good reviews, and I know DS won't like it. So, since this is an adults only trip, I booked it for DH and I on 11/2. I pretty much had my pick of times too. I think I still could get pretty much any time I wanted for it. I think there's always a chance of getting things as it gets closer, but I just don't think most places are going to be wide open with a huge pick of times. I think people overpick a lot of stuff, especially during free dining, and then pair it down as time gets closer.

I had the same experience when I did my ADRs last week. I got a BOG dinner on the night of a MVMCP, but couldn't get a reservation for lunch at LTT. Weird!

I just saw a thread where someone said they called and the CM said it appears that LTT hasn't released any available dates past 5 Nov. So, keep checking. I plan to. I'd much prefer LTT over Tony's for lunch. Since I was looking for 7 Nov I plan to keep checking.

ADR's for LTT have only been released through November 4th.

I wonder why? I'd like to know when they're releasing them. The post I saw didn't have that info either just that they hadn't been released. I want to drop Tony's and pick up LTT so I guess I have to keep checking.

ETA I just switched Tony's to The Plaza. We ate there years ago as a walk up (1998 I think) and it was fine. I like their menu. I'll keep checking for LTT but for now at least I was able to get something that's probably better.

The Plaza is good too. I recently had their caramel apple pie a la mode, which was added to the menu last summer, and it is one of the best desserts I have had in all of WDW, really!
