I had the bright idea of doing the riverboat in mid afternoon. Then I realized that it would be very close to Tiana's party for the parade.

What time do they stop letting regular guests ride in preparation for the party?

It depends on what time the parade starts on the day you are there.

Figure last Riverboat boarding will be about 2 hours before the FoF parade start time.

Figure the riverboat service to re-start about an hour after the FoF parade start time.

It looks like it starts at 3, per usual. Can it vary based on the day?

I was hoping to board the riverboat around 2:15-2:30, but I feel like that isn't going to happen.
