Liberty Inn Replacement?

i noticed that liberty inn restaurant in epcot is closed and a new QS restaurant regal Eagle was going to replace it. Has it opened or is there any word about it opening?

Was there last week and it is still under construction. doesn' tlook like it was close to opening. No posted opening date.

It's supposed to open "later this year". At least that was the official word when they announced it back in June.
