Apparently the overwhelming evidence against her has finally forced the Ohio lottery-ticket faker to 'develop a conscience !!'
Amazing, isn't it how far people will go to carry out a deception? Only when there was an avalanche of information against her does this woman decide to tell the truth.

If you read the article, you can just see the spin that she's trying to put on her situation. She was going to use some of the money to help the recently laid off Cleveland police officers. Yeah. Right.

On a positive note, the city of South Euclid (where the REAL winner lives) will receive a windfall in city taxes. Enough to hire back a couple of recently laid off police officers.
