Letting off site guests in to WWOHP?

We're coming down this weekend to look at houses and my mom is hoping to get a look at WWOHP. Have they been letting in any off site guests? If so should we be there early....like 7am early?

They have but it's been really hit and miss so there is no way of knowing if the general public will be allowed in that day. Last Saturday was a go but Sunday no one except the hotel people were allowed in.

Unless there's a big problem with the new ride that causes everything to get really backed up for the hotel guests, I'd say your chances are very good if you get there at rope drop. I was at Islands earlier today and what the team members have been saying about the GP soft openings has drastically changed from last week. They're now telling people who arrived later in the day who are curious about WWoHP to come back tomorrow morning and they'll definitely be able to get in, as opposed to last week when they denied it ever happening.

Thanks everyone! We're debating because DH and I have AP's but mom doesn't. She didn't renew hers this year. She is kicking herself now! She might just decide to buy a new one!

What time is the rope drop usually?

I took my son over today and we got there a little after 10, and the way I understood it was that it hadnt opened yet.They were considereing opening at 11. When I askd GR about it, they were saying that only resort guest with the packages were let in.At least that was the current version when the printer ink dried.

If she wants to renew others have just called Universal and was allowed to renew an expired AP pass at the Renewel Rate.

I heard it wasn't, but that's from Twitter. Didn't stay long today, just ate at Three Broomsticks, hit a couple shops.

Pretty sure it wasn't. When we were walking over to the holding point in Lost Continent, I heard someone asking something. I didn't hear the question, but the team member responded with no, it's not open. I'm assuming he was talking about Forbidden Journey.

I also heard some people discussing that they had friends inside who said Forbidden Journey wasn't open yet (around 10am).
