Letters to Disney

Does anyone have a mailing address or an email address where I could send a letter to Disney? I had some CM's on my trip that I wanted to compliment and also a few negative things I wanted to let them know about (which I'm sure they already know but it will make me feel better to tell them again! LoL)

They definately respond to the e-mail. Within (2) weeks of my memo, they left a long detailed voice mail for me advising how they we're going to fix the problem I advised them of and thanking me for taking the time to write.

Same here. I sent a compliment email to them and received the generic email back that they received it, yada, yada, yada. But we did receive a call from Guest Communications thanking us for the wonderful email and letting us know that the CM's that we mentioned would get their recognition.

I expected the generic email but was not expecting the call from Guest Communications

Anytime I have used the guest communications email, I recieve a call back as well. Well, twice that is. Both times were compliments for CMs and I was also told they would recieve special recognition.
