Letterman Jackets

im so excited about mine i get to order my letterman jacket this summer it feels like its taken me forever to get it. .i dont know what the policy is for letterman jackets at other high schools are but our policy is you have to be on a varsity team or you have to be in a sport for two years. .i've been in colorguard for two years and im on varsity so i finally get to start ordering mine!!!

We have them for different things at my middle school. Anyone can get them. It's cheaper if you play a sport or are in band. I have mine for tennis.

I'm not on a team, so I don't have one of my own, but I steal one of my friend's wrestling ones sometimes. Hands down one of the most comfortable things I've ever worn.

I could have gotten a letterman this year for theater for being in the UIL One Act Play, but since I quit I guess I'm not going to be getting one because 1.) I don't play sports, and 2.) even if I did, I'm a senior. Oh wells.

We had them at my old school. Except ours were kinda different, not the typical kind. I got mine for volleyball, and I could have gotten another one but I didn't want two. They're pretty comfortable...

Mine is green and yellow with a cougar on the front and mine has a VV on the back for Varsity Volleyball.

I don't have one yet but I can't wait til HS so I can get one! At the HS I'm going to, you buy it, and have the sports you play put on the back and you get an actual letter once you're on any varsity team. It also comes with ur graduation year and name too. I can't wait!

we don't have letterman jackets and we don't have class rings either. But we do have 'letters'. you get a certificate for a 'letter' if you play on a varsity sport and the point of the letter is to spell out the name of the school. and I think it helps for college if you want to play sports in college.

First off, GO COLORGUARD JACKETS! lol

Secondly, I have a colorguard varsity jacket myself. hehe.

In my school, it was basically only the 'sport' sports that got the jackets... Band and colorguard weren't considered a sport. But me and my friends had seen so many people at guard competitions wearing them and we wanted them... So we started the trend. We ordered them our junior year (there were 8 of us in band/guard that got them that year)... Last year (my senior year), most of the juniors got one. And this year, every single junior was ordering one. YAY for being a trendsetter.

Mine has on the back: Mariners in a semi-circle above a patch of two flags crossing, and 2006 underneath it. And then on the front, I have my school's varisity letter(s) of TR with a Mariner face in the middle on the left side, and on the right I have my name with co-captain embroidered underneath it.

And yes, I do have to say, it is EXTREMELY comfy. and nice and warm for the cold football games.

My school doesn't get them, we probably can't afford them
But I do have one. My whole team got them for getting first place at a competition called Cheersport. They are really nice, they are all black with the Cheersport logo on the front left side, and the back says Cheersport National Champions. I love it
