Letter to school????

Hi, I'm new on here but a month or so ago I read a post about taking kids out of school, and within that post someone posted a sample letter to write to the school. I believe it was a teacher who posted the letter and it was very well put and now I can't find it can anyone help me with this??? Thanks in advance for any help!
