This week in the newspaper, they printed the letters that kids wrote to Santa. You had the ones (like my kids' ) asking for toy after toy after toy. Then you had the ones that tried to make themselves look real good for Santa......I helped mom with the dishes and never fought with my sister, etc. Then you had the ones that were too good to be true......I already have enough stuff, but can you help find homes for the kids in orphanages.

Then you had the one that made me so sad. It simply said:

"Santa

A home please.

Daniel xxxxxxx"

Isn't that sad???

That is sad. I usually have to read our letter's to santa edition in parts because some are so sad. I know one year all one little girl wanted was a red house coat. Mom & I knew her & her family personally and we made sure that christmas wish came true.

That is sad. :sad2:
When I worked at Epcot, it was around Christmastime, and one night as I was leaving my shift I found a lost little boy near Test Track. He was maybe seven or eight. I walked him over to guest relations and we chatted about the holidays, and when I asked him what he asked Santa for, he said "Nothing. I already have too many toys. I am going to donate everything Santa brings me to kids who don't have anything." I will never forget that sweet little kid! :goodvibes
