Letter re issues - who to?

I would like to send a letter about a few issues we had. I don't want to address it as a complaint, more disappointment really (oh and also I would like to praise one CM in particular on the flipside but might address that separately as it seems a bit odd to do both together don't you think?).

Can anyone give me a good snail mail address to send it/them to please? I don't want to email it as emails seem to go into a Disney ether and never appear again!

I've always chucked both comments and complaints to dlp.guest.communication@disney.com and always had a response (can take a while sometimes).

I sent an email of thanks to the address above after our last trip to thank them for the extras at our hotel. I got a reply from them within a few days, thanking me for contacting them.

I sent an email of complaint last year when they cancelled the pirate and princess parties to the address

I got a reply within a few days. If you really wanted to send it by post have you tried looking on the website for an address?

Last year after my trip I email to mention a complaint about our room but also mentioned the good things as it makes it more balanced IMO

I sent an email after our last two trips addressing all my thoughts good and bad we had lovely posted replies first time we had a signed photo from Snow White and Dopey and second time we had a reply from Flynn and Rapunzel! Both times it said that DLP really appreciate that visitors take their time to write to them after their trip even if it is just to say a job well done I will always write to Disney now!

Thanks for the replies. I think I will try and put all points in together - both good and not so good!

I would prefer to write - I just feel it is more formal - probably sounds silly. I will have a look for the address - or email them and ask for it!

I think all too often we can grumble about stuff or praise stuff but taking the time to actually let someone know who can put it right, or give someone some nice feedback (one would hope) is important.
