How long did it take to get your letter of agreement by email?
Currently waiting a week for ours.

I had to wait three weeks for mine. It took way longer than promised. I was actually promised it twice and the second time when it didn't come I called to make sure I would have it by the end of the day and I was told I wouldn't get it until the next Monday or Tuesday as they had put a rush on it and were doing me a favor. Sorry to rant but if there is one thing so far I can't stand about DFTW it's the over promising and serverly under delivering. I would have actually been okay waiting for it if I hadn't been promised it by a certain date two different times. So don't fret if you have only waited a week. They will get it to you it just may take a littler longer than you anticipated it.

Congrats on your future wedding!!!

I got mine the next day, but that being said, it wasn't for a "wedding", it's for a Vow Renewal, so I'm not sure if that has/had anything to do with it.

My consultant was great and attentive and it still took a little over 2 weeks to get the LOA. She told me upfront it would take that long. Then, after you send in that and they get your money, you have to wait at least another 2 weeks to get your planner. It feels like a lot of hurry up and wait.

UPDATE

Was told I should be getting it by the end of the business day....let's see what happens

That shouldn't make a difference, all the "events" churn through the same funnel! :)

Im not excusing things and I TOTALLY understand the whole "why set up the expectation if it can't be met?" thing, but I would like to reassure everyone that, although super annoying during a stressful time, you are "in" the system and really the chances of "losing out" on anything is quite slim. At least those were tge types of fears and concerns we had underlying when things weren't quite to the promised timeline.

Welcome to the wonderful wedding world!!:scared1:

Everything of ours has always taken one or two days longer than the quoted time. Just info for future brides...
