Hey I wanted to ask, does the letter of agreement come by email or by regular mail?

Did it take yours longer than 7-10 business days to arrive? I'm at the very end of the 10 business days and even gave her two extra days! I'm trying to be patient!

Ours came by e-mail for use to sign and fax back. I think it took 8 or 9 days to come in after we finished our room block.

It took a long time for Disney to withdraw the deposit and and even longer time for them to send back the signed copy. I think that came certified mail?

I would give your sales consultant a quick e-mail asking her if she/he needed anything more from you to prepare the LOA.

It may be different for me since I'm a Memories bride :confused3 , but we got our LOA by email in 3-4 days. I sent a scanned copy to my planner via email and sent the orginials to her by priority mail.

Hope that helps!

And monday was a holiday. No need to worry-send an email to your planner or assistant! I going EVERYTHING took FOREVER!!! But all was well!! Hang in! :thumbsup2

we got our LOA for our May 2011 Escape Wedding through certified mail about 2 weeks after the raffle. HTH!

our LOA came in email and then we mailed it signed with the deposit to the planner. I completely forgot they signed it and sent a copy back to us and it came about 3-4 weeks later. With it, we also got our complimentary annual passes to activate whenever :-) ...but we are waiting till our wedding.

She emailed it today at 6:30 pm her time. I wonder if she was working over time to finish it. I also wonder if she read this... ;) Oh well, Yay the wait for the letter of agreement is over!! :cheer2:

I have a new question! Does our photography stuff need to be in the LOA? Like if we want to do the MK shoot? I'm thinking not...I'm supposed to contact them on my own and book it separately, correct?

I contacted Disney photography directly to book my MK/Epcot session and request a photographer. It didn't appear on my LOA.

I was wondering about booking the MK pics also. Our LOA is being drawn up now. Do I wait until I get that, then call Disney Photography about adding on?? Or tell the planner?? :confused3
