They are ugly - and so not-fashionable. But you know what? They really are that comfortable. I love mine.

Isn't that the truth. I am about to go to Walmart and I am wearing mine. I get strange looks all the time but they really are the most comfortable type of shoe I have ever worn.

I don't mind the extra looks, it draws attention - and I love attention.:cloud9:

At first I thought this was a cute pic because of my older daughter having a serious conversation with Mulan. My sister pointed out the obligatory little sister digging for boogers...
:rolleyes1

I have to say it.....I HATE CROCKS!
i think theyre ugly. And when paired with socks, theyre even uglier. I dont get the appeal? Are they really THAT comfortable? Honestly, even if it felt like I was walking on pillows, I still dont think I could wear them.

Sorry to offend any Crockers out there. I just had to get that out.

Amen sister! Especially on those of the male persuasion. Sorry guys, just bad. It is always "What Not to Wear" for men. Call the fashion police. Although, I do think they look cute on little girls. No flames please, just an opinion. And I didn't say it first:rolleyes1

I like crocs because they are like walking in heaven on earth at Disney. AT DISNEY. I never wear my crocs outside of disney and I sure as heck don't wear 'em with socks.

Okay yes... I should have added- the only thing worse than crocs (now that i i been informed of the correct spelling-lol) on women and children...is crocs on men! Oh. My.
And crocs with socks on men.....oh my oh my. Hey- I sound like Dr Seuss! lol

Oh man... we had to BUMP????

Come on people!!!

Gotta keep this one going!!! At least until I can get down there and look for a few of my own!!!

Oh and on the crocks with socks question... is it ok if I wear socks with jeans and socks that match???? :confused3

Maybe they thought you needed them! :confused3

:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Same thing happened to us during our last trip ;)

We asked for extra towels just for one day since well we needed them and they brought us so many.

We didn't use them all... and made it apparent... but they kept giving more...

It was nice though to see though ;) We never asked for more after that first call hehehe

OK - I will add one, not that I was upset about it but more of I can not fathom that in this day in age an older adult would not have shown more couth in their behavior.

At Animal Kingdom (9/23/07) my DD7 started playing the drums at one of the displays set up, when all of a sudden Baloo showed up and started playing with my DD head then signaled to her to play the drums with him. While this was going on a lady walks up casual to Baloo (surly she could she the interaction going on with Baloo and my DD) and starts tugging on the back of him so that she could have her husband take a picture of him and her together. Baloo turns for a moment to see who it was then immediately turns away from her to continue playing with DD for a few moments longer.

I took 6 shots of all this all unfolding and the shame of it is that all my pictures of this event of Baloo and my DD has this lady in it.

Uh oh... except for the hairy legs, that Crocs shot could have been me! In February the only shoes I brought were my Disney Crocs - they are the only shoes I will wear in the parks. I have horrible back problems and sciatica, and the Crocs really are THAT comfy that they help. Also, after a few days of FL heat & humidity, my feet swell to 1.5 times their normal size and regular shoes are pure torture. So... Crocs it is! I always thought they were SO ugly, but I've learned to love them.

Anyway, in February it got pretty cold, so yep that was me with Crocs and socks. And let me tell you, I was far from the only one!

Just my 2 cents about crocs - I LOVE them! I wear them everywhere (and with socks). I've learned that if I don't wear socks with them I get blisters; I don't want blisters - just want comfort. :)

I also have back problems and I've tried every sneaker imaginable trying to be comfortable walking (whether at the parks or at home). The only thing that doesn't make my back hurt is wearing crocs.

Everyone has an opinion about crocs...some love 'em, some don't...that's life.

I totally agree!! Also, if I don't wear socks with my crocs, my feet get sweaty and slide around.

If people don't like 'em, they don't have to look!!:goodvibes

I have one. As soon as I figure out how to post it I will. I needed to bump this thread first. Great thread by the way!

Here's my wacky family outside of RnRc. Notice the Crocs with socks on DH (and those lovely shorts :rolleyes1 ), my stylish purple Beach, DD's Athens Crocs and you can just make out DS#2's Offroad Crocs behind me and DH. DS#1 is way too cool to Croc. LOL

The photopass photographer was going "What The...???" when we posed this way for several different shots. She kept asking "Don't you want a nice family photo?" :lmao:
