Hi Off Kilter fans I received a nice surprise when I got home from work last night...my DS (FrolloFanatic) ordered me the Celtic Armidillo CD for Father's Day and it came yesterday We listened to it twice...even though it was after midnight It rocks...pun intended. We can't wait to see the boys next week...only 6 more days

Thanks! I got home a couple of hours ago from my short but sweet WDW trip. I heard Off Kilter's first 2 sets today before I had to head to the airport. Since it rained almost every day, it was fortunate they cancelled only 1 set each on Sunday and Monday.

My old place of employment just called me. Seems I have another 75.5 hours vacation time on the books than I thought I had. It will need to be paid to me at the end of the month.

Thanks Nancy...We can't wait!!! This is my DS's graduation present from HS. He and my DW and myself are so excited to be going in a few days. My DS plays the pipes and all three of us love Off Kilter

My friend Kimball and her clan are trying to get me to join them for a few days that week. (and it's a clan of 4 kids, DH, and who know who else....last year it was an extra teen boy)

IF I get a job I may just load up the car and head south for a week. A few days at Disney, a QUICK visit to my Dad and then maybe a beach?

I "hope" I will have a few offers next week. Today's interview went great. I NAILED this one. They tried to drag me to meet the CFO immediately but he had already left. Next Wed I have another one that I think I have a 90% chance of landing....

Last week of July, eh? Having been there in the last week, summer sure isn't my favorite time to visit the Mouse! If I ever live in Florida - I think I'll have to be a snowbird.

Neither of the jobs are in Florida. Both of them would allow me to stay here which is what I really perfer right now.

Yeah, I know I was just there... it's hotter then the surface of the sun, but my friend has kids that can't miss school!

CarolA - I have nothing scheduled the last week of July, so I would assume I'll be out at Epcot whining about the heat at least one or two days that week. The Elton John tribute dude will be playing that week and I hear he sucks big time, so I definitely won't be going to see him.

I'll be on an Alaska cruise the last week of July. It should be a tad cooler there.

I hope your Elton John info wasn't from the same person that didn't like Hotel California!

Hey, where is everyone? Did everyone have a good holiday? I made the mistake of going to Epcot on the 4th of July. It wasn't too bad until we tried to get out of there before the fireworks started. There were so many people trying to come in. Total gridlock.

Steve Soares maintains a great entertainment schedule that is updated weekly on Saturday nights: http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/index.htm Click on "Epcot" and then "Canada" to see when Off Kilter plays. They usually play Sunday-Thursday at 2:30, 3:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 - but times and days do change.

Off Kilter didn't play on the 4th, did they? I spent the 4th surfing the net! On the 5th - DH, 2 kids and I drove to Michigan to visit my in-laws. We had a nice weekend, but I hate holiday weekend roadtrips due to the traffic.
