lets compare rewards balance totals... whose got the most?

We just got our DVisa, but on our other card we charged US Savings Bonds. It was a great way to earn points, but the option to charge was eliminated in December.

With our new DVisa, we'll have to build up our points in groceries, gas and the basics. We charge everything we can and then pay off the bill each month. It's a great way to track our purchases and earn points at the same time.:D

I charge everything and then pay it off right away. We have $890 in reward dollars. We are really excited to think that that much of our trip is paid for!:bounce:

Well if your charging 89000 dollars on your card I dont think paying for a trip would be much of a problem......lol

Heck we are a day one member and ave about 800 a month in gas and food etc. and we are nowhere near 890 points. i guess we could put more bills on autopay but we havent

college tuition for yourself and children + books and extras is a great way to earn points

Wow! I bow to all of you who are well over 500 points. That is a lot of cahraging and paying off! I use it for everything I can, including the deposit on my new car, but I still only have $307. I am hoping to get to $400 before we vacation in July. I put a new pool on it last week so tat will be good for a few more.

I just got my card last week. I was able to put $4,000 on the card for work. Work cuts a check in two weeks and the charge gets paid off. Not a bad way to get an extra $40.

Wow..You guys are good. I was thrilled with my 77 until I saw this thread. I even put my last surgery on it....... I figured if I had to put up with the pain and pay the money I would really enjoy having a character meal on Mickey. LOL......

Fot hose of you who have turned in points, how long does it take to do? We are going in May. :wave2:

I was feeling good at 150. Using it to pay part of an AP, using the AP to get discounts on the Poly and Contemporary. There's always a way to get to Disney, stay at Disney, and not spend as much as we could spend ;)

I have $490 now, but we cashed in for $140. Love seeing it climb each month. We too put everything we can on our card and pay it off each month.

I think originally it took about two weeks for the card to come. And then when you transfer more points onto the card it is almost instantaneous. (or at least that is what they told me) But beware once the points go onto the card there is an expiration date a lot sooner than the 5 year carryover time frame. We got ours for a trip next week and our points expire 12/2005. Probably won't matter but just I would mention it.
