Let's Celebrate The Little Things!

As in things you take for granted.

Turning your head and moving your arms. Due to degenerating disks and bone spurs I have been unable to turn my head to the right or lift my right arm since last night. I just took a super hot shower and I can do both in a limited way. The pain level has also backed down from a 10 to about a 7.

Early Morning. We had some ground fog hanging right over the grapefruit trees across the street. Gee it was so pretty. I would have taken a photo but see the above.

Amen to that. DW Lauri has taught me that you don't know what you have until it's taken away from you.

There were never truer words spoken Obi-Wan Pinobi. You never know how good you have it until you lose it. Sometimes when I begin to complain, begin to feel tired from doing it all, I look around and see how truly fortunate I really am in so many ways, little and big.

I'm with you on those hot showers. Never thought they would come to mean quite so much, then I hit the 50's!! Yep, it's the little things for sure. A day of free and painfree movement is indeed something to be grateful for!!!
Just watching a sunrise or a sunset is a wonderful thing...small but wonderful.
