Let me share a family vacation tradition with you

For all of you that stay at either the Poly, Contemporary, or Grand Flo I have a nice tradition to share with you.

For all of you that have kids that are somewhat difficult to get to bed at night (me being one of them) this is what I do on vacation. I get my DD all ready for bed - pajamas and all - and walk her down to the monorail platform and take her for a last ride on the monorail every night. This is something that we both love to do and it is a good way to end the day and an easy way to get her off to dreamland. She is always eager to get ready for bed w/o any arguments when she knows that her favorite monorail ride is waiting for her. We are month away from our trip and she is already asking me if we can do this again.

I'm sorry I have to narrow this down to only those at these resorts, but the monorail just doesn't go to any other ones. You all should try this - it works great!!!

That's a great idea. We are staying at the Poly in April. I would love to do that, although I have 5 kids. I am not sure if it would settle them down or perk them all up. LOL. I think that would be fun though. Thanks for sharing your tradition!!
