Its just a "double yoker" and perfectly fine to eat. When I was growing up my brothers and I used to fight for the big eggs since they tended to be the doubles. Its rare that the chickens that dad has now lay doubles for some reason.

It has twice as much fat but double yolked eggs are safe to eat.
