I will not book a pacakge again with US..........had to pay a $25 per person cancellation fee..........but I am still way ahead of the game by booking the HRH with the entertainment rate and buying our passes separatley.............Lesson learned............

I'm sure they disclosed the cancellation fee up front (?) so why were you surprised? If they did not then you should have gone as high as you can to get it back.

I also booked with entertainment card. I was told that the cancelation policy was, cancel within 5 days or lose 1 day.

I have not received conformation in writting yet.

FREEK I was surprise because I thought it was like Disney 45 days or more NO PENALTY guess I wasnt paying attention live and learn......

In my last 4 trips I have NEVER booked a package. In this day and age with all the net has to offer, we've found it easier and cheaper to book on our own- package free. Unless you are staying on site, which we don't...

The Entertainment books run about $25 and it is full of coupons for discounts......it also comes with a card good for up to 50% off of hotels rooms...........we booked the Hardrock for $149 and this is regular a $305 night room...you can order the book online at entertainment.com just make sure you order one from you state or city to get the most benifits from the coupons........
