Less than impressed w/WL concierge (SO FAR)

Hi all! Maybe someone here can help me track down what it is that I need. I'm trying to arrange a special treat for DH and I when we're there on Sunday for MVMCP that involves a specialty alcohol beverage. It's a special kind that the WL does not carry. I e-mailed the IPO office w/my request; Drew from IPO immediately called me and said "Yep! We can do it! Order your alcohol at Goodings.com and we'll take care of the rest" So, I go to goodings.com and they don't ship alcohol. I e-mail the IPO telling them and they respond "You're right. You can't get alcohol at goodings.com" It was the same man I'd JUST talked to!

What do you suppose I do next? We don't have a car to go off property to track it down. I'd also ordered some specialty glasses to go with them. I guess I'll have to cancel those, too!!!

I'm trying to think of some special "treats" for us since we're there in a h'moon room w/no kids. So far, to no avail!!!!

Goodings doesn't deliver alcohol, but Wegoshop does and I think there's one other delivery service that does (Garden Grocer, maybe?). I've used Wegoshop in the past and was very happy with the service.

I am surprised I have stayed concierge and if you give them the CC number they usually take care of it.

Gardengrocer didn't have alcohol on their site. Wegoshop's site is a little sketchy. I e-mailed them for particulars.

I'm a little surprised by the lack of help. I thought that was what staying "concierge" was all about!

1) Please do not blame the WL Concierge.
2) IPO for WL is not done at-or-by WL personnel.
3) The function is remote to the resort.
