Less than 30 days to go.... all paid off, currency bought (could only load £1000 onto my FAIRFX card, so hope that's enough - we have free dining so it should be!!!), HRH booked and paid for for one night, universal tickets bought, SAS Radison booked for the night before!! All ADRS done.

Think we're done!!!!!! Does anyone else get that panicky feeling?????

Still have packing to do - think we'll start that next weekend so we know if we need anything new.

we have 30 days to go and I am switching between ridiculous excitment and Panic that i have forgotten somthing but I cant wait this time in 30 days I will be boarding the plane :cheer2::cheer2:

Me too !!!

We fly out on the 1st August, so just under for us.

I feel the same though, so excited, though dreading the flight :sad1::sad1: - (though got repeat prescription from doctors of diazepan) but panicking forgotten anything, and very nervous we will get lost when leave sanford airport.

Our first visit, I sorted all of it, so will be on my head if all goes wrong :scared1:

Booked flight, premium seating, booked seat numbers, care hire, booked hotel via disney uk, free dining and disney tickets, booked universal tickets, booked seaworld/aquatica/busch gardens including VIP tour and busch gardens sunrise safari, booked discovery cove.

Booked wishes dessert party.

Booked one night at universal, cheaper than 8 x 2 fast passes :scared1:

Booked hotel for night before we fly.

Took off list of snacks on the free ddp :lmao:

Bought map from steve mapman? Made note of where tolls are and how much.

Paid for some currency, get the rest just before we fly.

Travel insurance.

Is there anything else any of you guys can think of please :flower3::flower3:

:jumping1:party:

We are expecting rain because it is august - do you pack anything to cover yourselves up when raining, or do you just enjoy the brief coolness and dry out when the sun comes back out?

we dont take anything with us, we have sometimes bought a cheap Poncho from Walgreens or one from Disney (more expensive) but we usually just duck inside and wait it out unless it sets in for the afterno0n but this hasnt happened to us very often.

hope you have a fantastic Holiday:woohoo::woohoo::banana::banana:

We fly the 1st August :goodvibes Been thinking all day, this time in four weeks time we will be driving up to stay at the airport hotel for flying tomorrow. This is the bit I hate, with a severe fear of flying, my holiday begins when I get off at the other end and kiss the concrete :lmao:

You are going to be fine. If you can try and keep your mind occupied as much as possible it will be less torture for you. Sometimes the worst is sitting waiting for whatever it is that you are afraid of (in your case, perhaps sitting waiting to board). Try keep yourself busy in Duty Free. Get yourself a nice little treat too while you are at it. You really awed me in all the detail you have put into your planning. You thought to start threads and ask about things I have never thought of asking before and which were very helpful to me. I am sure I am not the only one. You have put so much work into this trip and you deserve it to be absolutely amazing. I truly hope it exceeds any expectations you might have. :goodvibes

Just a little note on the side: I know you worry about what you may have forgotten. My take on this is that first timers are the least likely to forget anything. It is when you have done it enough that you stop planning certain aspects and preparations to the same degree that you are more likely to forget.

Have a great time everyone :)
We fly out on the 9th August , still need to buy some dollars but everything else is sorted out apart from the packing of course.
