Less than 2 weeks!! Eeeeee!!!

I can not believe in less than 2 weeks we will be heading to FW and WDW! I will be 39 years old in Nov and this will be MY FIRST WDW trip! It's also my 6 year old's 1st trip! I get all choked up each time I think about it. I have to admit though I am VERY nervous! I hope I've done everything right. I'm already packing up the camper. I think the actual trip down has me most concerned. I mean 11-12 hours stuck in the truck is not going to be great, I just hope the excitement of getting there gets us through. This will be the longest trip my little pooch has ever taken also, I hope she does ok. It's also the longest we have ever left our home so of course I worry a tad about that. Ok I truly think my OCD is kicking into overdrive! LOL! Anyway here we go to visit THE mouse!!

I feel your excitement!! We are heading down from Maine in about 8 days. We have 8 of us travelling in our motor home - 4 kids ages 13,10,8 and 5 and 4 adults. We are all very excited. We will be in the RV for 2 days travelling! We are not bringing our dog.. makes it too complicated and she's a 75 pound golden retriever! Won't be our first trip to DW but first trip to FW in our motor home. My DH is going to be nuts with 3 women and the 4 kids. I will do some of the driving too so he can rest. Have a great time!

Yep, we're under the 2 week window as well. My parents arrive in the RV on the 14th, and I'll be flying down and arrving for the 15th-22nd. We've got a preferred site ... so anybody down during that time should keep an eye out for the follwing RV sign in 100-300 loops ...

If we're around, I'll probably be outside drinking beer ...

We've made numerous trips down to the Ft during October and the F&W Fest. Easily my favorite time of year to visit!
