Does anyone know if you can drop your first or last day on a length of stay pass?

You can drop one or the other. I really don't recommend LOS though. If you use a ticket broker (I use Paramount) you can come out ahead. Also, if you end up not in the park one day, you can save that day fo another time and not lose out. I know that isn't peoples initial plan but we had one of the kids get sick and so I stayed in the room with her. It made our LOS's very expensive when you didn't use a day.

We had success getting them to drop the first and last day. Did that at check in and other times just bought them the first full day we were at our resort with no problems. Ask at check in at your resort.

If you purchase your UPH as part of a Disney package (Fairytale, Dream Maker, etc) or in advance through CRO/WDTC you will not be able to alter the days at all. Only when you purchase it at resort check in can you alter it.
