Length of Stay passes at DLP

I'm taking my fiancee to Disneyland Paris for a few days in April. My father has kindly given me the use of his points so we can stay at the Newport Bay - and on the e-mail confirmation he has forwarded to me there is a comment that 'Your Length of Stay passes have been requested in accordance with the party size...'

Now, we went to DLP for the 5th Anniversary and at the time that was the last year that DVC were offering length of stay passes to Disney resorts. I was under the impression that they still weren't offering that feature any more. Am I reading this wrong, or are DVC managing to save me and my girl £70 each in park tickets?

Length of stay tickets are still included when using points at Disneyland Paris.

At the Newport Bay? We were hoping to get a character breakfast booked at some point too.

Are there any other perks we can take advantage of if I take my Membership card? Either before we arrive or when we're there? It's been so long since we've been (1997, as I was reminded) that we don't know what's changed/improved for DVC members - and it would be nice to make it something special for my future wife!
